Own your infrastructure,
end to end.
Row House Tech delivers enterprise-level IT infrastructure consulting — a team experienced in major projects for the largest of customers, with all of that experience available to the SMB sector. Senior engineers across cloud, server, storage, database, and networking; data protection & cyber resilience; security; and AI/ML & process automation — with project, program, and PMO leadership for all of it, throughout your physical or virtual infrastructure, up to complete management through our MSP offering.
Senior engineers, not account managers. Fixed-scope starts where possible. AWS & Azure, cloud and on-prem — consulting, projects, or complete management through our MSP offering.
Six practices, one senior team
Most firms make you assemble a cloud partner, an infrastructure integrator, a backup vendor, a security consultant, and a project office. We cover the whole map — and the practices talk to each other, because it's the same team.
Cloud infrastructure services
Migration, landing zones, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and FinOps — on AWS or Azure, delivered as code your team can maintain.
Explore →02 / CORE INFRAServer, storage, database & networking
The infrastructure everything else stands on — compute platforms, storage architecture, database services, and network design, in the data center, the cloud, and the hybrid reality between.
Explore →03 / RESILIENCEData protection & cyber resilience
Backup and DR strategy, disaster-recovery testing, ransomware readiness, and clean-room recovery — implemented for you, and managed by us if you want.
Explore →04 / SECURITYSecurity, AI governance & vCISO
Posture and compliance readiness, Zero Trust, identity, AI governance, and fractional security leadership when you need the title without the headcount.
Explore →05 / AI & AUTOMATIONAI/ML & process automation
AI and machine-learning infrastructure, workflow and process automation, and the governance to run both safely — practical wins first, science projects never.
Explore →06 / PM & PMOProject & program management
Delivery leadership for any IT infrastructure project — ours or anyone's — plus PMO development that leaves you with a project office that works.
Explore →Every engagement runs the same way — Assess → Design → Build → Steward — and most start with a fixed-scope assessment, so you see real value before committing to a big project.
Why teams choose Row House Tech
Three commitments, kept on every engagement.
Senior people, no bench-warming
You get trusted senior-engineer-level resources across IT disciplines — the person answering your email is the person doing the work. No layers, no hand-off to juniors after the sale.
You own what we build
Everything lands in your accounts, as code, under your control. Firing us is always a clean operation — which is exactly what makes hiring us safe.
A number before the work
Fixed-scope engagements where possible, a written cost model with every design, and no percentage of your cloud bill. We don't profit from your spend growing.
A fixed-scope start, not a six-month commitment
You shouldn't have to sign a long statement of work to find out whether we're any good. Each of these is a named engagement with a concrete deliverable you keep either way.
Cloud Readiness Assessment
What to move, what to modernize, what it'll cost on AWS or Azure, and a prioritized migration plan you own.
Ransomware Recovery Readiness Review
We test your recovery story — backups, immutability, isolation, and whether you can actually restore — and hand you a gap list with fixes.
Cloud Cost Health Check
A FinOps deep-dive on your current bill: rightsizing, waste, commitment coverage, and guardrails that keep it from creeping back. Usually pays for itself.
Cyber resilience you can actually rehearse
Backups that have never been restored are a hypothesis. We turn recovery into something you've done, measured, and written down — before the day you need it.
Recovery, tested
We restore into an isolated environment against a clock, so your stated RTO and RPO become numbers you've proven rather than numbers in a document.
Ransomware-shaped planning
Backups out of reach of the credentials that run the estate, a recovery path that doesn't authenticate through a compromised identity plane, and a forensic hold decided in advance.
Clean-room rebuilds
After a compromise, rebuild from a known-good definition into isolation instead of restoring into the crime scene — with our engineers on the configuration and the plan.

Enterprise experience, for every size of business
Our team has delivered major infrastructure projects for the largest of customers — and brings all of that experience to the SMB sector, across regulated and infrastructure-heavy industries.
Healthcare & life sciences
Resilience and compliance for teams where downtime and data loss carry real weight.
Financial services
Audit-ready infrastructure, cost governance, and recovery you can prove.
Legal & professional services
Confidentiality, backup, and continuity for firms that live on their data.
Manufacturing
Hybrid and on-prem workloads, OT-adjacent networks, and pragmatic modernization.
Education
Lean teams, tight budgets, and environments that have to just work.
Public sector
Governance, documentation, and a security posture that survives a review.
The Stoop: cloud environments, self-serve
One slice of our practice is becoming software: The Stoop designs, prices, gates, and provisions cloud environments into your own account — the front door to environments you own. It's in private pilot now. See what's coming →
The AI designs the shape.
Your data never meets it.
We use AI aggressively in our own delivery — and keep it behind an architectural boundary, not a policy promise. It's also why we can credibly advise you on AI governance: we run the boundary we recommend.
- Your identifying data never reaches the AI. Names, domains, and addresses are tokenized before any AI call; real values are placed into configuration by secure automation, never by the model.
- Server-enforced screening at every AI entry point, with a hard backstop that blocks credentials from transmission.
- Commercially licensed models only — your content is not used to train anyone's models.
- Verified, not asserted — the boundary is exercised by a live test battery.

Iran-linked cyber activity: when administrative access reaches physical infrastructure
Iranian-affiliated actors reached U.S. water systems through legitimate engineering tools and PLC admin access. What protects you when the management plane itself is compromised: identity controls, isolated controller interfaces, and independently recoverable backups.
