IT engineering & consulting

Own your infrastructure,
end to end.

Row House Tech delivers enterprise-level IT infrastructure consulting — a team experienced in major projects for the largest of customers, with all of that experience available to the SMB sector. Senior engineers across cloud, server, storage, database, and networking; data protection & cyber resilience; security; and AI/ML & process automation — with project, program, and PMO leadership for all of it, throughout your physical or virtual infrastructure, up to complete management through our MSP offering.

Senior engineers, not account managers. Fixed-scope starts where possible. AWS & Azure, cloud and on-prem — consulting, projects, or complete management through our MSP offering.

What we do

Six practices, one senior team

Most firms make you assemble a cloud partner, an infrastructure integrator, a backup vendor, a security consultant, and a project office. We cover the whole map — and the practices talk to each other, because it's the same team.

Every engagement runs the same way — Assess → Design → Build → Steward — and most start with a fixed-scope assessment, so you see real value before committing to a big project.

Cyber resiliency, implemented and managed. Ransomware readiness, immutable backup, DR testing, and clean-room recovery — we design it, build it, and if you want, run it for you, for businesses of every size. Prefer everything handled? Our MSP offering manages your infrastructure end to end, cloud and on-prem.

Why teams choose Row House Tech

Three commitments, kept on every engagement.

01 / SENIORITY

Senior people, no bench-warming

You get trusted senior-engineer-level resources across IT disciplines — the person answering your email is the person doing the work. No layers, no hand-off to juniors after the sale.

02 / OWNERSHIP

You own what we build

Everything lands in your accounts, as code, under your control. Firing us is always a clean operation — which is exactly what makes hiring us safe.

03 / COST HONESTY

A number before the work

Fixed-scope engagements where possible, a written cost model with every design, and no percentage of your cloud bill. We don't profit from your spend growing.

Start small

A fixed-scope start, not a six-month commitment

You shouldn't have to sign a long statement of work to find out whether we're any good. Each of these is a named engagement with a concrete deliverable you keep either way.

The practice clients call us about first

Cyber resilience you can actually rehearse

Backups that have never been restored are a hypothesis. We turn recovery into something you've done, measured, and written down — before the day you need it.

Recovery, tested

We restore into an isolated environment against a clock, so your stated RTO and RPO become numbers you've proven rather than numbers in a document.

Ransomware-shaped planning

Backups out of reach of the credentials that run the estate, a recovery path that doesn't authenticate through a compromised identity plane, and a forensic hold decided in advance.

Clean-room rebuilds

After a compromise, rebuild from a known-good definition into isolation instead of restoring into the crime scene — with our engineers on the configuration and the plan.

What we're building

The Stoop: cloud environments, self-serve

One slice of our practice is becoming software: The Stoop designs, prices, gates, and provisions cloud environments into your own account — the front door to environments you own. It's in private pilot now. See what's coming →

How we use AI on client work

The AI designs the shape.
Your data never meets it.

We use AI aggressively in our own delivery — and keep it behind an architectural boundary, not a policy promise. It's also why we can credibly advise you on AI governance: we run the boundary we recommend.

  • Your identifying data never reaches the AI. Names, domains, and addresses are tokenized before any AI call; real values are placed into configuration by secure automation, never by the model.
  • Server-enforced screening at every AI entry point, with a hard backstop that blocks credentials from transmission.
  • Commercially licensed models only — your content is not used to train anyone's models.
  • Verified, not asserted — the boundary is exercised by a live test battery.

Iran-linked cyber activity: when administrative access reaches physical infrastructure

Iranian-affiliated actors reached U.S. water systems through legitimate engineering tools and PLC admin access. What protects you when the management plane itself is compromised: identity controls, isolated controller interfaces, and independently recoverable backups.

Quantum computing: the enterprise case for measured readiness

Treat quantum as a specialized accelerator, not an imminent infrastructure replacement. Cryptographic readiness first, then bounded pilots with measurable classical baselines.

Physical AI: reshaping global industrial operations

AI is moving from software into machines that perceive and act — edge-driven adaptability for mid-market manufacturers, autonomous warehouse robotics, and national-scale investment in industrial foundation models.
